The South-Korea capital is known for its twenty-five bridges spanning the vast Hangang River. The collection was born from this idea: the view one may have from the sky looking over Seoul, the graphic and natural patterns created by the river winding its way through the City and crossed by a multitude of bridges connecting both banks and their inhabitants. A cartographic reference that is also translated through the rugs’ mix of materials and thickness variation, the fragility of the silk lines contrasting with large wool geometrical tint areas.
